We laud the Rule of Law in honour of our 1956 Imbokodo by actualising Access to Court rights as entrenched in section 34 of our Constitution, Act No.108 of 1996. This educative content is curated for candidate attorneys and those attorneys who have yet to reach three years in practice. 

Attorney Eksteen delights us with theories of the advocate’s robe, Adv. Tiry dips into appearance fundamentals after highlighting the rights that dominate an educative environment and still discusses section 25 of the Legal Practice Act. Thereafter, Adv. N. Naidoo applies the fundamentals in areas of family law and bail applications highlighting aspects of virtual hearings, if apposite. Attorney Gladwin-Wood closes our gathering in unison with Attorney Eksteen and President Cleopatra Mahoa.
